Please note, we have recently received a threatening email about a certain word that has been used in the public domain for at least a decade to describe the resin metal matrix, beginning with "org" and ending with "ite", with an "on" in the middle, which is no longer allowed due to apparent 'trademark infringement', as of December, 2005, despite the fact that the word has appeared on our website and many others for a number of years prior to the trademark date.  We could be sued, however we are totally confident such a widely used word could never hold up in court under trademark laws, just to be sure, we have removed the word from any page pertaining to the sale of the items, but not necessarily all pages that give instructions on building said items.  Petty people bring petty lawsuits!  Stop the petty threats!  It does not bode well.                                                             BACK TO HOME
